The Wickes House Circa 1769
Purchased in a state of near collapse, this Georgian style brick mansion was essentially rebuilt from the inside out. Working with the Maryland Historic Trust, the house was gutted and rebuilt using the original salvaged materials. All new electric wiring, plumbing and heating systems were added. The 15 fireplaces, mantels, moldings and floors are all original. The original stone basement was converted into a bar, club room and game room
